Based in West Michigan, she partners with community banks, regional banks, credit unions, and financial institutions throughout Florida and the Gulf Coast to recruit commercial banking professionals and executive leaders. She specializes in recruiting talent across commercial lending, credit, treasury management, relationship management, business banking, and executive leadership.

Crystal brings more than a decade of business development and relationship management experience to executive search. Her background in consultative sales and executive search enables her to understand the hiring challenges facing today’s financial institutions and connect organizations with professionals who drive long-term success. She works closely with clients to understand their culture, leadership philosophy, and strategic objectives while helping banking professionals identify career opportunities that align with their skills, goals, and values.

Crystal resides with her husband, their Bernedoodle, and three cats. They are the proud parents of three grown children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, fitness, gardening, and cooking.
