Before joining the team, Ty served as a Senior Recruiter with Connexis Search Group, earning multiple President’s Club Awards and consistently surpassing quarterly and annual performance goals. His background in sales, customer service, and financial advising strengthens his ability to communicate effectively, navigate complex decisions, and support individuals through meaningful career transitions.

Ty is a proud South Carolina Gamecocks fan and enjoys spending time with his dog, Beamer, who ensures every day includes a dose of energy and perspective.
