Prior to joining ThinkingAhead, Ben held senior leadership positions at nationally recognized staffing firms, including Jobot, Eliassen Group, and Seneca Resources, where he managed branch operations, built high-performing teams, and drove business growth across Texas markets. His early career includes a progressive tenure at The Judge Group, where he advanced from Account Manager to Vice President of National Accounts, solidifying his expertise in human capital strategy, client engagement, and enterprise-level staffing solutions.
In addition to his recruiting career, Ben is the co-owner of Tavern on Broadway, a local business in Prosper, Texas, reflecting his entrepreneurial drive and deep commitment to community involvement.
