About Sophie Wiss

Sophie is a recruiter for the Life Sciences team at ThinkingAhead and specializes in Clinical and Regulatory Affairs within Pharma and Biotech organizations. Sophie has ten years’ experience recruiting in Agency, RPO, and corporate capacities, and she most recently worked in recruiting at an oncology laboratory specializing in Anatomic Pathology. Sophie got her start in recruiting at Robert Half where she gained valuable experience in the basics of recruiting.

Sophie grew up at Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey.  She is an avid sailor, having competed since the age of seven. She currently splits her time between New York City and Cape Coral, Florida; her dog, Shep is adjusting well to city life. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College and enjoys trips to Maine to revisit her alma mater.
