About Siaira Baustert

Siaira is a member of ThinkingAhead’s Nonprofit team, specializing in mental health, disaster relief, and education. Prior to joining the team, Siaira was a top-ranked salesperson with ThinkingAhead’s sister company, Southwestern Advantage. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she earned a BA in Psychology and volunteered in suicide prevention.

A Lincoln, Nebraska native, Siaira has a long history of working with international and youth leadership nonprofits. She loves nature, traveling, painting, and has been skydiving twice!
