About Prasruthi Sreedhar, MBA

Prasruthi is a Research Associate with ThinkingAhead Executive Search, supporting in identifying passive, highly marketable, and diverse candidates through strategic sourcing initiatives and talent research across practice areas. She has five years of recruitment experience in different industries having worked with Proxima, an Executive Search firm headquartered in India and with international consulting conglomerate, Accenture. Prasruthi earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource and Systems and Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.

Born and raised in Kerala, a state in Southern India a tropical paradise of waving palms and wide sandy beaches, she is currently residing in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and 2 kids. During her free time, you can find her outdoors with her family making memories. She enjoys travelling and baking cakes.
