About Pablo Forster

Pablo is an Associate Partner with ThinkingAhead’s legal practice. He has over 6 years of experience in recruiting, training, and managing teams, and he is a member of the National Assocaition of Legal Search Consultants. Pablo recruits in the following areas:

• Contingent search – Attorney, Paralegal and Partner
• Retained & Engaged Search -Attorney/Partner
• Expansion to new Legal Markets

Born in London, England but grew up in southern California and recently moved to the Beautiful PNW. He Graduated with a Business Administration degree from California state University of Los Angeles and loves to golf, play basketball, and spend time with his wife and 3-year-old son.

Pablo has a passion to lead by example and show that hard work can lead to success in many ways. He brings a recruiting strategy to execute all searches quickly and successfully.
