  • “I would like to commend you for the manner in which you handled my request following our initial discussions, in particular how you took the time to fully assess the needs of my company and the special skills required to complete the job function. You were always actively involved in the search and ensured that I was apprised of developments during the recruiting process. The list of candidates supplied was appropriate for the position and made the selection task very easy. Your follow up and handling of the applicants was appreciated and took a lot of the leg work away from me. All in all I was most satisfied with how the process went and will have no hesitation in contacting you in the future to assist in my recruiting needs.”

    - Senior Regional Credit Officer
  • “I appreciate all the hard work and dedication you put forth in our recent search for a Relationship Manager. Finding a candidate not afraid of the legacy formed by a previous employee made this search a particularly daunting task. You did a great job of communicating your progress, inquiring and probing for feedback, thinking outside the box, and relentless pursuing the right person to fit this need. You showed that you are a true professional. I also appreciate the time you spent helping me polish my interviewing skills during this process.”

    - Regional Vice President
  • “Matt’s meticulous style of careful profiling and needs assessment transcends the typical recruiter approach that I was used to. It was this process that led to much introspection on my part and eventually enabled him to successfully place me in a career position that was a perfect skill and cultural match. Matt presented opportunities accurately and I found his interview preparation and post interview debriefing sessions valuable. Based on the feedback, he would sometimes recommend against an opportunity and conversely on occasion, advise that I pursue an opportunity outside of his referral base thus forsaking his potential monetary compensation. I believe his honest objective counseling will provide value to him and his clients in the long run.”
