Kadi is a member of the Sales division of ThinkingAhead. Along with Priit Suitslepp, Hans Schlegel, Ben Kessler and Raul Krebs, their focus is on the recruitment of Top Talent. Kadi is based in Estonia and working with clients and candidates in the European region, focusing mainly on a construction field.
Prior to joining ThinkingAhead, Kadi was a Sales Leader with sister company Southwestern Advantage for nine years, recruiting and training student salespeople. Has a bachelors degree in HR. For 1.5 years she was recruiting and training real estate brokers for the biggest real estate company in Estonia.
