About Gloria Premis

Gloria is a Recruiter with the Nonprofit Practice at ThinkingAhead Executive Search. She is a Haitian-born native living in sunny South Florida with a zeal to serve the community.

Gloria was previously a banker with Bank of America, which awakened her competitive sales ability. She has also had the opportunity to serve in several leadership roles in the Broward county school district. There, she developed a school fundraising program called Hope Sponsor to help families who need resources for their children to feel confident enough to have a successful school year.

In her personal time, Gloria makes note to serve at her local church and is faith-based content creator to encourage those in need.
