Emily is a member of the Sales division at ThinkingAhead. Along with Hans Schlegel, their focus is on the recruitment of Top Sales Talent.

Prior to Joining ThinkingAhead, she was a Sales Leader with a sister company, Southwestern Advantage. Here she recruited and trained top sales teams. Along with being a top sales person there, she also recruited and trained top sales teams for 6 years. In addition, Emily has over 3 years of experience as a top producer in medical device sales.

Currently, Emily and her husband live just outside of Austin, TX. They love spending time outdoors and playing with their lovely dog, Reina. Emily graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College where she studied business management.
