About Elise Gay, CPC
Elise Gay is a Recruiter on the Life Sciences team of ThinkingAhead and is based remotely in Morehead City, NC. She works with biotech, biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical companies to place executives in Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, Legal and Life Sciences roles. Elise is the 2023 recipient of the Ralph Mosley Award, a peer-nominated award that represents the highest honor at ThinkingAhead.
Elise is a graduate of East Carolina University where she earned a Master of Arts in Teaching and from North Carolina State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
Prior to joining ThinkingAhead, Elise has worked in several different industries including corporate recruiting, corporate training and clinical research.
Elise and her family and dog love life on the coast and are active outdoors and in the community.
