About Elise Gay, CPC

Elise Gay is a Recruiter on the Legal team at ThinkingAhead and is based remotely in Morehead City, NC. She works to place attorneys, lateral partners, and in house corporate legal talent. Elise has a proven track record of successfully recruiting and developing Doctoral level candidates nationwide. Elise is the 2023 recipient of the Ralph Mosley Award, a peer-nominated award that represents the highest honor at ThinkingAhead. She is also a Certified Personnel Consultant and a member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants.

Elise is a graduate of East Carolina University where she earned a Master of Arts in Teaching and from North Carolina State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.

Prior to joining ThinkingAhead, Elise has worked in several different industries including corporate recruiting, corporate training, and human resources in the financial services and life sciences industries. She brings almost a decade of recruiting and employee development expertise.

Elise and her family and dog love life on the coast and are active outdoors and in the community.
