About De Cooke

As a member of the Specialty Practices of Nonprofit and Healthcare Analytics & Technology, De provides research, administrative, and creative support for the specialty teams of Nonprofit and Healthcare IT.  She works to streamline processes and supplement market research in order to implement more meaningful, proficient and direct results for her team members and clients.


De is a graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, where she earned a B.S. in Education.  During college she worked as an Office Manager/Sales Support for US Buildings.

Upon graduation she began working with TRC Staffing services as an administrative/employment specialist.  She spent some time in this role mostly researching and coordinating candidate interviews.

She made the transition to education as a Center Director/Director of Education with Sylvan Learning Center in the Triad area of North Carolina.  She continued in this role as she made the move Nashville, TN.

De also volunteers with Nashville Adult Literacy Council where she tutors adult immigrants in reading and writing as well as preparation for high school equivalency and citizenship tests.

De joined ThinkingAhead in 2015 as Administrative Assistant for the Nonprofit Team and has since expanded into her current role.
