"In our industry, the top caliber candidates are gainfully employed and are not always actively looking for new opportunities. Chris has a knack for finding the right opportunity for the right individual, and the right individual for the right opportunity. I can assure you that I have not seen typical “recruiter” tactics out of Chris and his company, ThinkingAhead. For example: 1) Chris is not presenting a high volume of candidates. He finds the right fit and presents high quality talent only when it’s clearly the right fit. This saves the prospective employer’s time by having Chris handle the initial screening. 2) Every prospective employee presented by Chris has resulted in a team member that we envision working within our organization. 3) Chris follows up. The ThinkingAhead methodology and documented procedure ensures attention is given to each step of the process. He is not shooting from the hip. 4) A lot of recruiters have high turnover. Chris truly believes in ThinkingAhead and it is obvious with his tenure and praise of the firm.I look forward to continuing to work with Chris for years to come as we continue to grow the best Electrical Engineering consulting firm in the business."
"I got to know Christopher during my recent change in career. He was a great help all through the hiring process. He has it in him to help companies find perfect candidates, and for people to find their dream position. He constantly provided with worldly advises at every stage. He not only excelled in his field, but also gave a warm and personal touch to the process, I would definitely stay in touch with him, and recommend him for his efficient work as recruiter."
"Chris is very personable and professional. He has several unique tools which are thorough and his insight in extracting meaningful responses was impressive. He will walk you through the client's needs/wants/expectation while also cross cataloging that with your desires and expectation as a possible candidate. As a candidate you'll always have full control of how your information is handled. Chris has excellent credentials and is well established in the power community with organizations looking for top tier candidates. He's very aware of the big names in the business as well as smaller boutique style companies spanning the US. Chris won't push you into doing something just to get his fee, quite the opposite, he'll make sure what you're doing is a good fit for you long term while also making sure he understands your intentions of using his services."
"Chris worked with me to find a job and it went great. I wanted to be in a certain location and he found me a exactly what i was looking for. From my personnel experience I find that finding a close or perfect fit takes time and patience. This was a smooth quick and very professional experience. I would highly recommend Chris for anyone's professional growth or in search for a new opportunity."
