About Catherine Gerstner

Catherine Gerstner is a Recruiter with the Energy & Renewables Practice based in Baldwin City, Kansas. She focuses her recruiting with PE Licensed engineers in Renewables and Power Delivery. 

Originally from Texas, Catherine is a graduate from the University of Kansas where she studied Applied Behavior Analysis and Business. She originally came to Southwestern Family of Companies through Southwestern Advantage’s summer sales program, where she was a Top First Year Seller and recruited a small team for her second summer. 

Catherine has endeavored in many entrepreneurial pursuits, most recently running a small farmers market and food establishment in her hometown. She enjoys her quiet life in Baldwin City with her two young boys, a loving partner, and two dogs. In her spare time, she can often be found spending time with family, singing, reading, and cultivating plants year-round in her greenhouse.
