About Antonia Rohlfing
Antonia is a native of Madison, Wisconsin and moved to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University. She majored in Political Science and Piano Performance, being involved in the arts since early childhood. At Vanderbilt, she had the pleasure of being involved in organizations such as Alternative Spring Break, Alpha Delta Pi, and VUcept. Throughout college, Antonia developed strengths in leadership, service, organizational development, empathy, and collaboration, and she enjoys infusing those with her skills as a recruiter.
Years of involvement as a musician (principal cellist and orchestral pianist) in the Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestras, and achievement of multiple solo piano awards, have given Antonia valuable insights into the workings of arts organizations. With both her parents being Doctors of Musical Arts, and with her dad’s decades of trumpet-playing in the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra and Madison Symphony Orchestra, Antonia was born into the performing arts and is thrilled to be a recruiter in the Nonprofit practice.
Antonia is a passionate individual with special interests in cats, criminal justice reform, dancing, reading, connecting the dots, sustainability, and writing. As a recruiter, she enjoys empowering passionate leaders in the arts by connecting them with meaningful and empowering organizations.
