Alex Sarcina is a recruiter for the Renewable Energy practice of ThinkingAhead. He works with clients on a retained, engaged and contingent basis focusing on Senior – Executive level positions across project development and professional services in the Renewable Energy sector.  

Alex is originally from Metro Detroit, Michigan and brings 10+ years’ experience in recruiting and business development across the US and internationally holding recruitment leadership positions supporting the Renewable, Energy, Infrastructure, and Technology sectors. He consistently ranks as a top producer and earns multiple recognitions for building high performing teams. 

Alex now lives in Los Angeles, California with his Fiancé and 2 dogs. When he’s not finding you your next top hire, he enjoys fitness activities like hiking, running, and CrossFit as well as photography, surfing and woodworking.
