Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Construction
Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (PA, NJ, MD, VA)
Salary: $120,000-$170,000+ DOE
Benefits: Annual Bonus + Project Incentive Plan + ESOP + Vehicle Program + Full Benefits + 3-5 Weeks PTO
Are you an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager looking to take the next step into an operational leadership role?
Our client is a nationally recognized heavy civil contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. This role offers the opportunity to oversee multiple project teams while helping shape the future growth of the business with a clear path toward a District Manager position.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee multiple water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Engineers and Project Coordinators.
  • Support estimating efforts, project pursuits and proposal development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers and project stakeholders.
  • Drive project execution while ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget goals are achieved.
  • Assist with strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
  • Travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region as projects require.
  • Periodically travel to the company's headquarters in Orleans, IN.
Qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of Project Management experience within water/wastewater treatment plant construction.
  • Proven experience managing complex municipal water or wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership experience managing project teams.
  • Experience with collaborative delivery methods such as Design-Build, CMAR or Progressive Design-Build is highly preferred.
  • Experience assisting with estimating, proposals or business development.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated career progression.
