Sr. Electrical PM/Estimator
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical projects from start to finish. This role requires strong coordination with field teams, general contractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily project operations including scheduling, manpower planning, and coordination with field supervisors - Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation - Oversee material procurement, vendor communication, and equipment tracking - Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and inspectors to maintain project flow - Monitor project financials including forecasting, cost‑to‑complete, and budget tracking - Support field teams with technical guidance and problem solving - Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes - Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction - Experience managing crews, schedules, and subcontractors - Strong understanding of NEC and commercial electrical systems - Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications - Experience with project financials preferred - Strong communication and coordination skills - Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
Candidates with experience in commercial PM requirements or manpower leadership will be prioritized.
