We're looking for a Project Manager with strong electrical knowledge to run small to mid‑sized projects, support quick‑turn work, and handle occasional larger CAPEX scopes. This role is ideal for someone who has been an electrician or has significant field experience and is comfortable walking labs, reading one‑lines, and understanding power distribution.
What You'll Do

• Manage small electrical projects from walk‑through to closeout
• Review one‑lines, identify panel locations, and determine where to pull power
• Walk labs and facilities to assess scope, routing, and feasibility
• Coordinate with techs, vendors, and clients
• Support estimating on quick‑turn repair/maintenance bids (24-72 hour turnaround)
• Assist with early pricing and ROM budgets on larger CAPEX projects
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment in the field

What You Bring

• Electrical background (former electrician, foreman, or strong field exposure)
• Ability to read one‑lines and understand power distribution
• Experience running small projects or service‑side work
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
• Industrial, refinery, military, or mission‑critical experience is a plus
