Operations Manager

Operations Manager - Civil Infrastructure
Seeking a senior operations leader to oversee all aspects of construction project execution from planning through close-out. This role manages estimating, purchasing, production, safety, quality control, and reporting across multiple concurrent infrastructure projects. The Operations Manager will supervise project teams, develop operational strategies, and ensure consistent delivery aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction operations across all phases of development
• Oversee estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards
• Develop SOPs and manage job cost analysis to maintain profitability
• Represent the company externally and maintain strong client relationships
• Supervise project managers and field superintendents, providing feedback and direction

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of civil construction experience with a developer or general contractor
• Proven leadership in project management, estimating, and field operations
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, contracts, and dispute resolution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Primavera P6
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
