Electrical Estimator - Commercial & Industrial Projects
Location: Hybrid remote in Kennewick, WA
Compensation: $90,000-$110,000/year + full benefits

We're seeking a motivated Electrical Estimator to support commercial, industrial, and large-scale electrical projects. This role involves reviewing plans and specs, performing take-offs, calculating construction costs, and collaborating with engineering and leadership to submit competitive bids. Experience in data centers is highly valued but not required—commercial and industrial backgrounds are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project documents and develop accurate bid proposals
• Perform take-offs and manage RFI/document control
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership to define scope and resolve issues
• Estimate projects up to $5M and analyze for value engineering
• Maintain estimating databases and support BIM development
• Prepare scope letters, reconcile estimates, and manage vendor quotes
• Support project handoff and budget development

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of electrical estimating experience
• Strong understanding of electrical design, specs, and construction documents
• Proficiency in Accubid, Live Count, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Electrical apprenticeship or construction management degree preferred

Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday; occasional Fridays for bid deadlines
