ABL Relationship Manager

Relationship Manager - Finance is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of asset based lending clients, serving as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, and ensuring strong financial and collateral oversight. This is a client-facing role that requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

-  Serve as the primary point of contact for client servicing, issue resolution, and negotiation of ABL credit facilities
-  Monitor financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial covenants and internal risk standards
-  Collaborate with internal operations, risk, legal, product and control teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance
-  Prepare and present comprehensive credit committee review packages, providing clear analysis and recommendations.
-  Drive regular portfolio reviews, identify early warning signs, and lead remediation or workout strategies as needed
-  Mentoring junior analysts
 
Qualifications
-  Minimum 3 years of hands-on asset-based lending (ABL) experience
-  Demonstrated expertise in collateral monitoring (receivables and inventory), financial analysis, and covenant compliance, with the ability to identify risks early and propose solutions.
-  Proven ability to build, manage and retain client relationships at multiple levels, serving as a trusted advisor while balancing client needs with risk management.
-  Collaborative problem-solver with experience working across legal, credit, and operations teams to resolve issues and deliver results.
