This role is based within the Equipment Manufacturing division, which supplies shrink sleeve applicators, heat tunnels, conveyors, and related systems. Customers span industries such as food and beverage, health and beauty, pharmaceuticals, and automotive.

We're seeking a proactive and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our equipment sales team. This role focuses on driving new business and expanding market share by identifying prospects, developing relationships, and offering tailored capital equipment solutions.
Ideal candidates will bring a combination of technical aptitude, consultative sales skills, and the ability to navigate long sales cycles in complex manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on capital equipment solutions
- Prospect new business through industry networking, trade shows, lead tools, and referrals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to introduce complementary services
- Conduct on-site customer visits to assess needs and deliver tailored presentations
- Lead technical demonstrations and guide customers through equipment selection
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal quote tracking systems
- Support the customer onboarding process and ensure successful equipment installations
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, ideally in capital equipment, packaging, or industrial automation
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel nationally as required
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
